Kick-off date

At the beginning of the 42 days there is a detailed kick-of call.
Here the structure of the challenge is explained again and the necessary tools and tasks are discussed. We recommend a “body check” in the first month, in which your BMI and body fat percentage are measured and your basal metabolic rate is determined.

You will receive the documents for the challenge, such as the food and exercise diary. You will also get to know the other participants better here in the kick-of call. After all, we are a team that will communicate with each other every day for over 2 months.

Daily contact

In order to be able to successfully implement the changes over the 1.5 months, daily support is important. This takes place as follows: You will receive an email from us every morning with important information.

You also send us a photo of your meals every day and receive personal feedback and suggestions for improving a meal on the same day. You heard that right! Daily feedback from a real person 😉

In addition, there is a short check-in (via chat/audio) every morning after completing the sports routine.

Weekly hangouts

There will be a 30-minute video hangout every Saturday. This call is intended to check in, impart knowledge and discuss habit hacks.

On the other hand, this call serves to exchange ideas about challenges and difficulties such as; What worked well and what didn't? How can you overcome difficulties?

We will also release new levels of the challenge every few weeks and discuss them in the first hangout of the section.

Tim Chimoy, M.Sc. - Challenge Geek, Entrepreneurial Trailblazer and Part-time Digital Nomad.

Born and raised in Germany, Tim has lived abroad for most of his adult life (US, UK, China). Besides UY, he is the founder of a big network for remote business founders from German-speaking countries.

In 2019, he faced some personal health challenges, which made him realize the strong correlation between his health, busy lifestyle, and business success. Consequently, he made massive changes to his own lifestyle and began experimenting in the areas of nutrition, fitness, sleep, and stress management.

Now, he is on a mission to help entrepreneurs achieve their professional goals while maintaining high energy levels, keeping their bodies in shape, and sharpening their brains.

Ray Hau, M.Sc. - Nutrition Expert, Healthy Habit Nerd and Marketing Padawan

Born and raised in Malaysia, a country famous for delicious, but not necessarily healthy food, Ray started to get interested in nutrition at an early age.

While he studied Accounting, he already accepted his first clients in Malaysia and helped them to regain their energy, improve their skin condition, and lose weight.

During his studies, Ray moved to the United Kingdom. After witnessing the obesity problems there, despite the availability of healthier food options, his motivation to help more people live better sparked even more.
